General Summary:

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic business development manager. This role is pivotal in driving the execution of business strategies, managing key projects, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. The business development manager will act as a trusted advisor and right-hand person to the BD Executive, enabling them to focus on high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Assist the Exec in developing and implementing business development strategies.Project Oversight: Oversee and manage high level milestones and financial targets for programs.Communication: Facilitate effective communication between the Exec and internal/external stakeholders.Operational Efficiency: Streamline operations and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.Data Analysis: Analyze business metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.Meeting Coordination: Work with Program Management to prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.Special Projects: Lead special initiatives and cross-functional projects as directed by the Exec.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.Experience: 5+ years in a strategic or operational role, preferably in a tech company.Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software.Attributes: High level of discretion, ability to handle confidential information, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:

$143,200.00 - $214,800.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
