What this opportunity involves:
We seek an energetic and driven Business Development Manager to join us in our JLL Corporate office in Sydney CBD.
The role is primarily responsible for generating and supporting new business opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, and contributing to the company's overall revenue growth.

Generate and support pipeline for outsourcing opportunities in AustralasiaDrive revenue growth through new and existing sales channelsUtilize JLL's sales processes and tools (8-step process, go/no-go, KIA, Salesforce)Collaborate on RFP responses for new and existing businessPartner with internal teams to develop industry and client knowledgeEngage in real estate community as a subject matter expertGrowth
Prospect and support new business and retention opportunitiesQualify leads and develop client solutions to increase win ratesSupport strategic multi-region pursuitsManage governance and risk mitigationMeet or exceed personal growth targetsClient Management
