As a BDM at Ōnin Staffing, you’ll be the driving force behind expanding our business in the San Antonio, TX area and surrounding territory. Your daily activities will focus on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and crafting strategic staffing solutions that align with client needs. Your role is dynamic, blending strategy, sales, and collaboration to fuel business growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
Prospect and connect with potential clients to establish and grow long-term partnerships. Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue and market expansion. Tailor staffing solutions to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring exceptional service and value. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless workforce solutions and maintain client satisfaction. Stay informed on industry trends and market shifts to identify new opportunities for business growth. Track and analyze sales performance to refine strategies and maximize success.What We're Looking For:
Proven track record of success in sales or business development, ideally in B2B sales or the staffing industry. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain strong client partnerships. Strategic and proactive mindset, capable of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Proficiency in CRM software for efficient lead management and sales tracking. Self-motivated approach to generating leads and managing the full sales cycle independently. In-depth understanding of the light industrial sector, including manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics. Willingness to travel to develop and maintain client relationships.
