Business Development Manager
Responsibilities Make an impact Cold call and identify potential customers by using various channels, for examples, referrals, and recommendations from new customers. Understand and clarify the customer requirements. Identify the best product or solutions based on the customer needs and explain the product or solutions. Schedule follow-up actions and create a call plan for effective customer retention and business development. Work collaboratively with colleagues to build strong external customer relationships and meet customer needs. Demo the product or solutions, provide advanced product/solutions information and respond to basic customer questions about the product/solutions. Application Requirements What you need to succeed Diploma and Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience with a proven track record of growing sales revenue profitably. High sales goal oriented mindset. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Candidates from forklift and material handling industry is an added advantages.
