Business Development Manager

Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead operations, drive growth, and strengthen client relationships in Windsor. This role blends strategic business development with operational oversight to ensure service excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and expand client relationships. Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, service quality, and profitability. Lead and mentor teams to drive performance and business growth. Identify and pursue revenue opportunities through networking and market analysis.

Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management Strong business acumen with a proven track record in client acquisition and retention. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive strategic initiatives.
