Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Responsible for achieving sales goals for all product lines in the sales region, and develop new revenue opportunities in the regional marketResponsible for developing new accounts, managing sales exec and maintaining a strong relationship with corporation partnerProviding leadership in developing and executing sales programs to maximize market shares and sales opportunitiesDeveloping sales plans and incentive programAchieve Assessment & Training sales & Revenue KPIAssure Sales forecast accuracyTraining and appraising performance of subordinatesPreparing departmental budget and cost controlCoordinating training courses & seminarsAssisting Sales Director in business opportunities and strategyPerforming any job-related assignments as required

Person Specification

Bachelor's degree or aboveMin 5 years working experience in the Sales functionIn-depth understanding of the organizational awareness and management systemsFamiliar with the integration of operations or system processes in a business environmentAble to independently carry out the marketing in the assigned district, be good at analysing customer groups, managing comprehensively and at market operation, and be flexible with emergenceAbility to apply a consultative and analytical approach to problem solvingBe innovative, be solid and able to communicated with the top level officialsStrong communication and coordination skillsFirst class presentation skills (especially to senior management)Ability to negotiate and close businessGood team player and team influencer
