YOUR ROLE Develop and deliver focused programs supporting the growth strategy and the achievement of the goals and objectives, including but not restricted to; new product and program launches, incubating and driving composite and surface repair and protection hero applications, new market trends and business opportunities. Steer strategic account managers (KAM's / TAM's), country sales managers and territory sales force with the required level of support to achieve sales targets and objectives. Drive product and technology innovation in these markets, critical for further market and business development. Support regional / global PD/TCS in benchmarking regional, country opportunity potential of new technology innovations. Operationalizes short-, medium- and long-term projects to develop business at strategic customers within key sectors of Oil & Gas, Chemical and Steel. Provide insight for the development of business at customer. Support / drive & execute regional / country prioritization of projects to ensure profitable growth while integrating local and regional requirements of customer. Support sales and product management (new product introductions (NPI), pricing, specifications, approvals, etc.). Identify, engage with, and develop key application, installer, and inspection partner network to maximize our market coverage to promote LOCTITE’s value position. Deliver technical and theoretical demonstrations showcasing our technologies to the prioritized key accounts. YOUR SKILLS Minimum 5 years of relevant years of experience Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering / Business Relevant industry experience and able to demonstrate ability to learn. Drive and support Sales within assigned territory. Demonstrate knowledge of and contacts in transmission pipelines, offshore and onshore process pipelines, and gas distribution networks within assigned territory.
