Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and explore new business opportunities in the crop protection and fertilizers sector, aligning with corporate strategy and closely collaborating with the sales team, technical team and distributors.
Effectively present the value proposition of co-formulant and adjuvant products, tracking the progress of opportunities from sample shipment to full commercial approval.
Manage and strengthen relationships with pesticide and fertilizer formulators, ensuring effective communication and understanding clients' specific needs.
Utilize CRM as an essential tool to track and update the progress of new opportunities, contributing with visit reports, market assessments, and success estimates.
Act as a technical authority in the crop protection and fertilizers area, offering specialized support and strategic guidance.
Protect and expand existing accounts by understanding the demanded value propositions and proposing innovative solutions to increase entry barriers against competitors.
Conduct client visits and participate in industry associations to enhance market understanding and provide valuable feedback for new product development and pricing strategies.
Train clients and distributors, ensuring they possess the necessary knowledge to use products efficiently.
Facilitate communication between the market and the laboratory, developing project scopes that generate valuable data to accelerate commercial approvals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in the agrochemical sector, especially in supplying co-formulant or adjuvant technologies and formulated solutions for crop protection and fertilizer formulations.
Deep understanding of the Agrochemical market value chain.
Strong focus on results, with solid technical knowledge and commercial skills.
Good rapport and relationship with industry clients.
Ability to work autonomously with strategic decision-making.
Availability for frequent travel.
Fluent in English and Spanish
