Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity to join Experian's Go To Market – Specialist Sales division as a Business Development Manager within the Background Checking team, which is.a dynamic new business focused role across many key Experian Business sectors.
Reporting into the Head of Sales, you have the opportunity to shape our presence across markets as well develop our HR and People propositions by identifying large cross sell and upsell opportunities a long side green field new business.
You will achieve revenue targets through the penetration (product growth) of new and existing customers through field sales, driving financial growth through new business generation.
You will have access to a portfolio of customers, who are managed by existing account managers within the Growth Market Division you will look for new opportunities to cross and upsell products from within our Employment Screening Portfolio but you will also have an eye for new business in green field organisations
You will consult and partner with Account Managers, Product and Delivery teams to ensure that we win business and provide solutions that exceed the needs you've uncovered in your Clients and Prospects.

QualificationsExperience in a field sales role – understanding your sales ratios to be self-correctingNew business focused with an eye for the larger opportunities and experience articulating propositions.Any experience selling to HR and People Managers is advantageous.Can cultivate and own specific sector being seen as a subject matter expert.Create and develop trusting relationships with senior contacts in target organisations.Additional InformationBenefits package includes:
