Our client is currently seeking a Business Development Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to join their team. This full-time position is available immediately due to company growth, offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional in software sales.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute business solution sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
* Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, including identifying and pursuing new prospects.
* Promote, market, and sell D365 products and services.
* Demonstrate customer responsiveness and effective problem-solving skills to foster loyalty and achieve KPIs.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of success.
* Strong ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
* Knowledge and experience in promoting and selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions is a plus
