Develop meaningful relationships with key dealer personnel, leverage FMCC value proposition to achieve objectives, and be a trusted advisor. Establish a direct interface with Ford/Lincoln/FCSD Regional counterparts to pursue strategic vision and business plan for the Region.

The Ford Credit Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Dealers for their assigned Region. This will include working in a team-based environment with close connections to the Ford Credit Regional Team, Ford Pro Finsimple Team, Business Operations partners, and Ford Division partners to manage risk and grow volume and share within the Region to deliver a strong, growing, and vibrant business. The BDM will deliver products, services and experiences that drive passion and loyalty to every customer; while managing to simplify the work we do and eliminate waste to move faster and be adaptable. The BDM will operate in a collaborative work environment performing Joint Sales Calls a range of functions to provide analysis and action-based strategies to support growth and consulting opportunities. The ideal candidate will have the capacity to work and collaborate across multiple internal/external teams along with end user customers.
