For our Estonian branch we are looking for a committed and motivated personality as a: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Laundry Sector)

As a Business Development Manager, you will help us drive Diversey's growth and expand the market, enter new territories and strengthen business relationships with our customers. Networking is critical to success in this position.

Main tasks:

Acquisition of selected, specified potential customers for the areas of Laundry SectorSupporting the sales managers to achieve regional sales goalsEstablishing a close relationship and maintaining contact with the selected strategic dealers/branches, including joint business planningCreation of an annual business plan for defined key customers/segments/dealersBuilding customer relationships and maintaining contact with decision-makers and employeesSales fulfillment for defined key customers (new customers)Determination of needs and problem solving for the implementation of the entire offer (cross-selling) with the greatest possible exhaustion of the assortment saleCreation of offersPresentation and demonstration of new products and systemsImplementation of the corporate philosophy in the area of sales and customer care

About the profile:

Academic training (university, technical college, vocational academy) or comparablepractical knowledgeVery good communication skillsExperience in sales or project managementReliability in meeting deadlinesExcellent organizational and time management skillsProblem solving skills and customer orientationSelf-motivation and the ability to work in a team as well as social skillsExperience in key account management in salesChemical, product and industry knowledge is an advantageVery good knowledge of spoken and written EnglishCRM knowledge
