What You Will Do:

Develop profitable growth for the F&B sector across assigned regionExecutes the sector business plan and strategic projectsDevelop, Manage and execute operational processes for competitive business models to meet customer needs, This should includevalue propositions,service model,pricing models,solution packages,credit termsDefine key customer needs, fill and support innovation processCollaborate with Sector teams; CAMs, sector and application specialistsDeliver value proposition(s), offerings, strategic projects, innovations directly related to the assigned region

Minimum Qualifications:

10+ year experience in B&B salesPeople management skillsP&L management experienceMatrix management skillsExperience in large account managementAbility to convert a technical need into a commercial solutionF&B Sector knowledgeGood understanding of applicationsUnderstanding of customer profitability and process costingValue selling skillsCustomer insight experienceFluent English. Arabic & French (preferred)
