MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:
Responsible for maximising the sales of MediCard healthcare products and servicesDUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES• Develop sales channels such as agents, digital platforms, referral network, co-marketing network with the goal to increasing market coverage to organization without HMO coverage
• Train sales channel in usage of corporate marketing materials for clinic services
• Set up corporate client utilization reports to track member utilization
• Formulate marketing / outreach strategy to increase FSC share of member utilization in collaboration with Clinic Product Manager
• Support MediCard sales team in client sales meeting to market / showcase FSC services
• Establish hitlist of corporate clients for new clinics
• Conduct sales meeting with clients in hitlist
• Work in collaboration with marketing team to develop corporate marketing materials for clinic services
• Develop clinic products for corporates without HMO coverage
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 5 years of experience in managing clinic business is a must
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health services administration, or similar is preferred
• Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff to perform their duties efficiently
• Exceptional organizational skills to ensure that quality services are provided
• Proficiency in managing budgets, billing, and negotiating with suppliers and vendors
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers, and specialists
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
