Business Development Manager for HPE

Job description:

Maintain healthy topline (Revenue) and bottom line (GP) for brand as HPE within portfolio products.Achieve the targeted Revenue and GP margin by driving customer breadth, product mixing, regional coverage and coverage of all customer segmentsBring awareness in the Romanian market regarding the products & increase the salesKeep updated with latest product information and technical requirements to sell the product successfullyAnalyze the customer network in assigned region, in order to identify new opportunities and growth for assigned regionAttend assign Technical/Sales Training and SeminarsMeeting with all SMB accounts in the assigned territory database to discuss areas of improving relations/businessMaintain close relations with the PM on pipeline, leads and projects in your region

Requirements: 

Graduate with 5-8 years of sales experience (3 years relevant experience is a must)Good knowledge on the Romanian marketExcellent written and communication skillsExcellent time management and planning skillsSelf-starter, self-motivated and a team playerCustomer orientated, approachableBasics grounding of the technical nature of IT products
