Role and Responsibilities


How you make a difference
The BDM drives marketing and sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic initiatives that align with company goals. This results-driven role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to implement effective strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Marketing & Sales Strategy Development:
Design and execute marketing and sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Initiate programs such as Trade-In, Samsung Care+, Installment Plans, and Leasing to drive growth. Identify emerging markets, trends, and customer needs to unlock new business opportunities.

·        Revenue Growth & Conversion Optimization:
Research and identify new market segments, clients, and business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase conversion rates.

·        Market & Competitive Analysis:
Track market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics and optimize strategies. Leverage data-driven insights to improve performance in collaboration with the MI team.

·        Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product Management, MI, and eStore) to enhance customer experience and drive value. Provide feedback to improve products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

·        Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Set and monitor sales targets for business development. Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to present to leadership, tracking progress and achievements.


Your team
As a BDM, you will work independently while reporting to the Manager of the Strategic Cluster. You will collaborate closely with Sales, the EU HQ, and the e-store team.

Your analytical approach will help you interpret sales data and market trends, while your self-motivation and goal-oriented attitude ensure you excel both independently and within a team.

We also request:

A completed WO/master’s degree in business administration, International Business, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in consultancy, preferably as a consultant within the telecommunications industry.Proven track record in sales, business development, and project management.You are a native Dutch speaker with a strong command of the English language at a professional level.Skilled in using MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
