Business Development Manager - Infrastructure Sector
Responsibilities Identify and engage with opportunities in nationally strategic infrastructure projects, especially those backed by public investment or development financing. Build trusted relationships with government bodies, international consultants, SOEs, and funding stakeholders. Monitor infrastructure investment pipelines and donor-aligned project announcements to proactively position the company. Lead proposal development including EOI, PQ, and tender submissions aligned with applicable procurement frameworks. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver comprehensive, high-quality solutions across PMC, technical advisory, inspection, and assurance services. Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure-related sales, business development, or international project acquisition. Experience working with or bidding on government and internationally supported infrastructure projects. Familiarity with public procurement processes and donor-funded project cycles (e.g. planning, feasibility, procurement, implementation). Established network among infrastructure stakeholders, both public and private. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or consulting background preferred.
