Your Opportunities
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the government sector.
Conduct market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies, including MOH, SOHs, central and local project management and the hospitals.
Manage and support local distributors and contractors to ensure alignment with company goals.
Regularly engage with clients and partners to drive satisfaction and retention.
Project Management:
Oversee government project lifecycle from tendering to post-implementation support.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of instruments.
Monitor project performance and take corrective actions as needed.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with the local regulation requirements and company policies.
Prepare and submit regular instrument project sales reports and forecasts.
Monitor and report on instrument project activities and progress towards targets.
Who you are
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA is a plusMinimum of 5 years of sales experience in the medical devices or diagnostics industry.
Proven track record of sales success with government projects.
Experience working with distributors and contractors is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the IVD market and government procurement processes.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Results-driven and goal-oriented. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
