What would you do as our Business Development Manager
As our Business Development Manager, you would be responsible for prospecting and winning orders, achieving the monthly targets set out at the beginning of each year. Prospecting, pipeline development, opportunity management and customer relationship management; attracting new prospective customers within the Biosite target segments. You will provide local and regional customer and site engagement through the sales life-cycle, including lead and opportunity management, CRM integrity and order clarity.
You would also:
+ Provide regional and local coverage to deliver site revenues from Key Account-managed customers in support of the Key Account Management team and ensure local contact for sales and customer experience
+ Deliver growth in non-Key Account customers; eventually building the pipeline for the next wave of Key Account managed customers
+ Generate new business through various means of lead generation such as telephone prospecting, physical prospecting, existing client relationship development, etc. and including full access to the Glenigan directory
+ Forecast and report on the sales activity within the target region as well as develop and implement sales strategies for your target region
+ Be responsible for CRM integrity and forecasting integrity of both the opportunity pipeline and won orders against monthly targets
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
+ Solid experience in a sales capacity in construction or a similar industry with a track record of successful sales growth in a competitive market
+ Can-do attitude and strong communication skills
+ A diligent approach to planning and execution
+ Experience with technology and technical selling
+ Driver’s license
