The Business Development Manager for nursing homes will play a crucial role in driving growth and establishing relationships within the healthcare and senior living sectors. Responsibilities: + Developing and executing growth strategiesto increase the client base and expand the business. + Building and maintaining relationshipswith key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, referral sources, and families. + Identifying and pursuing new business opportunitieswithin the nursing home and senior living industry. + Managing and retaining existing client relationshipsto ensure satisfaction and continued business. + Collaborating with internal teamsto create and present business proposals and negotiate contracts. + Traveling within a designated territoryto meet with prospects and clients.
