Business Development Manager - PCBA

We specialize in building printed circuit assemblies for various industries, and handles jobs ranging from high volume, to high mix to prototype runs.

Position Overview: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales and managing all aspects of contract manufacturing activities for the company. This includes engaging with potential customers to negotiate and close profitable business deals, identifying new business opportunities, and working with internal teams to deliver customer requirements.

MUST be located in Texas

$85-$110,000/year base salary, plus commission (First year on target earnings $160k+, uncapped)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new customer relationships and negotiate contracts and pricing.Manage customer expectations and ensure customer deliverables are met.Manage the PCBA, PCB, Wire Harness, and Assembly supply chain process.Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer base.Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.Monitor and report on contract manufacturing activities.Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and customer needs.Work with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Sales and/or Contract Manufacturing.Strong understanding of PCBA, PCB, Wire Harness, and Assembly.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Proficiency in MS Office and other related software.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Benefits
