Ecolab is seeking driven business to business sales professional to join the commercial Specialty Pest Services team and grow our Fumigation business. Ecolab Specialty Pest Services provides solutions to prevent and eliminate all types of pests whether you are importing or exporting produce, pallets or logs, we have licensed fumigation experts at major seaports and inland locations across the U.S. By partnering with our customers in these markets, you will have the opportunity to help protect their facilities, employees, and brands at a time when it’s more important than ever.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Home office with internet access capability Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing, and to engage in appropriate face-to-face communication with customers Immigration sponsorship not available for this rolePreferred Qualifications:
3 years of demonstrated results in business to business commercial sales or equivalent Ecolab experience Pest elimination and/or fumigation selling experience preferred Excellent organization and time management skills Proven relationship management and consulting skills Problem-solving ability to determine customer solutions Proven negotiation and presentation expertise Strong self-motivation and drive for results Bilingual - English and SpanishAnnual or Hourly Compensation Range
The total Compensation range for this position is $131,700-$197,500 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
