Your role and responsibilities

•\tPromote ABB PAEN APL+ Digital technologies in Chemical, Pharma and engergy transition industries •\tIdentify the roadmap of product portfolios matching market segmentation in Chemical, Pharma and engergy transition industries. •\tDevelop proper offerings with right value proposition, fitting to customer pain points, market segment needs and support sales to sell.•\tWorks with industry stakeholders, associations and collaborators to define proper go to market strategy, join market events, screening potential marketKay customer relationship management.•\tEnsures the development of performance targets in line with global targets and ensures achievement through regular oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed.•\tEvaluates market opportunities and decides on appropriate activities in line with the strategy.•\tDevelops and manages the products, solutions, systems, and/or service portfolio continuously to achieve and secure market leadership.•\tDefines portfolio roadmap: product and solution streamlining, acquisition targets for portfolio synergies, and development opportunities.•\tEnsures profitable business growth in the identified markets through optimized production and supply chain footprints and competitive distribution and go-to-market strategy.•\tMonitors strategic quality metrics, identifies opportunities for improvement in local execution, and oversees improvement activities.•\tEnsures the execution of portfolio projects according to agreed targets in terms of schedule, quality, financial results, and customer satisfaction.•\tOversees relevant local Research and Development initiatives, as applicable.

Qualifications for the role

\tMinimum of 12 years of sales management, business development or product management experience in Chemical, Pharma industries. \tHave rich experience of business strategy planning and of making solid plan to ensure high quality deliv-ery.\tRich experience with national account and enterprise customers.\tRich experience in major industries like refinery/ petrochemical, Oil & Gas and Power Generation etc. industries in China\tAbility to communicate fluently in English; both spoken and written
