What would you do as our Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts in United Kingdom and Ireland, focusing on channels as distributors, dealers, and contractors. This role requires a dynamic professional with expertise in managing distribution networks, fostering partnerships, and executing comprehensive business development strategies to drive sales growth.

 

You would also:

Develop a tailored business development strategy focusing on distributors, dealers, and contractors to penetrate the market. Identify and onboard potential partners to promote sectional doors across various industries and segments. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders like distributors, dealers, contractors, and architects to increase demand and market share. Work with internal teams to create targeted sales campaigns based on indirect customer needs and preferences. Provide training and support to partners to enhance product knowledge, sales, and marketing, aligning with brand values.

 

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in technical business development or channel management preferably in the construction or building materials industry. Has strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Is a strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills. Has a passion to drive growth for our products and services.
