As\na Business Development Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role\nin driving the growth and expansion of our business in the enterprise sector for our security solutions. You will be accountable\nfor identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining\nrelationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. Your goal\nwill be to drive revenue growth and increase market share in your assigned\nterritory of Latin America and Caribbean. The candidate must sit in the Miami, FL/South FL area.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the marketBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholdersDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targetsWork with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to clientsConduct market research and thoughtfully identify trends and opportunitiesProvide market feedback and insights to internal teams for product development and improvement

 

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is 90k-125k.  For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is 90k-125k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
