About the Role
The Business Development Manager, Themed Entertainment, will be responsible for generating preference for HARMAN product solutions with targeted Harman Dealers, Consultants, End-users and others involved in the specification and procurement of AVL products for use in Themed Entertainment. The primary mission is to drive demand for HARMAN products by establishing, building, and maintaining relationships with key decision makers in this market, to build an ever growing project/sales pipeline and meet/exceed revenue targets.

This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Business Development and will join a team of business development and consultant specialists.
What You Will Do
What You Need
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the professional audio, video and control industry.Direct inside knowledge of the Themed Entertainment industryKnowledge of competitive audio, video and control brandsWorking knowledge of the use and integration of professional audio, video and control products within Themed EntertainmentWorking knowledge of software platforms associated with the deployment of professional audio, video and control productsExperience with CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other industry standard softwareStrong communication, decision-making, and collaboration skills.What is Nice to Have
Bachelor’s Degree or above preferred.Professional presence on and active usage of social media platformsDirect or indirect people leader responsibilitiesPrevious job history with a themed entertainment entity, competitive equipment manufacturer, or system integrator and/or designer. Deep technical knowledge of audio, video and control system theory and application.What Makes You Eligible

Salary Ranges:
