Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.** **Your main tasks and responsibilities:** + Develop and implement sales strategies for turbine market trends across Australia. + Create and execute sales and action plans for Turbo Services (TS). + Expand and maintain sales channels through direct customer contact and within the organization. + Advise on market volume, sales budget, and sales strategies for TS in Australia. + Sell the entire Turbo services/product portfolio as per the sales plan. + Introduce new and existing Turbo services/products in Australia. + Report planned sales activities, including visits and seminars. + Develop and manage clientele and acquisition activities. + Draft profitable contracts, ensuring compliance with specific country and customer requirements. + Plan and implement PR activities, manage customer relationships, and provide improvement proposals for products/services. **To succeed in this role, you will need:** + Qualification in Mechanical Engineering / Sales Management or related discipline. + 2-5 years’ experience in Sales position. + 5+ years’ technical experience with the fields of engineering within energy industry, particularly turbine operations. + Strong communication skills. + High level skills in time management. + Ability to travel regularly. **What we offer you:** + Annual salary review. + Annual bonus scheme. + Vehicle provided or Car allowance, plus fuel and toll tag. + Excellent workplace culture. ​​​​​​​ **Do you have a question about the role?** **Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
