As a Upstream Chemicals - Lead Sales Specialist, you'll be involved in planning and development for the overall sales strategy of your team. In a high-impact, fast-paced environment you'll work with exclusive product lines. As a trusted leader, you'll deliver successful outcomes for customers through innovation, strategic solutions, good relationships and thorough business understanding.

As a Lead Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Identifying business growth targets and implementing sales plans across the Canada Region, in collaboration with Service Delivery, Field Business Development and Technology teamsBuilding long-term strategic relationships with engineering, supply chain and executive personnel at customer regional officesPreparing of commercial proposals for chemical solutions to share with our customersEnsure compliance with Sales and Service Standards at a key customer accountsDrive the development of short and long range sales goals in concert with the Canada Region

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent, relevant industry experienceHave a minimum of four years of experience in upstream chemicals production Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence othersDemonstrate computer skills and be familiar with MS Office

The annual pay scale for this position is between $97,400.00 - $154,200.00.

Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above.
