Our client is an established design and engineering consultancy focusing on urban design, landscape design, and construction. With in-house manufacturing capacity, they are committed to beautiful design. In this role, you will develop and implement Business Development strategies to align with the businesses targets for growth and opportunity. Working with the senior leadership teams, you will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to inform successful strategies Support the efficiency of CRM systems through accurate data input to drive best practice, consistency of standards and technological solutions Work collaboratively with leadership to build strong working relationships and foster a positive, innovative work culture
Skills and Requirements A tertiary qualification in business, marketing or other relevant field 5+ years in a relevant senior role Experience within architecture, urban design, landscape architecture or construction Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrable experience pitching to clients Basic knowledge of the architecture/construction industry Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate stakeholders effectively Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as an integral part of a team
