Qualifications:

Experience in sales development or inside sales, with a leadership or management role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, and of leading teams to high performance. Strong understanding of sales development best practices, metrics, and processes. Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and strategies. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs and priorities. Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
