What You’ll Be Doing:
Deliver compelling value-based proposals to C-level/senior management decision-makers, effectively selling Arrow’s value proposition and vast capabilities.Gain a deep, comprehensive understanding of CloudHealth's market position and top competitors within assigned accounts.Execute account strategies to meet or exceed annual and quarterly targets and major business objectives.Develop a funnel of opportunities with partners servicing the customers, aiming to expand their CloudHealth footprint. Clearly articulate the status of opportunities at all times and identify their size and scope.Continuously assess, clarify, and validate partner and customer needs proactively.Create and execute a territory/business plan across your assigned territory. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of objectives, targets, gaps, and ability to achieve sales quotas and assigned strategic region/account objectives.Lead a strategic account planning process, developing and managing mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.Plan, manage, and oversee all RFPs, including delivering proposals to partners and clients.What We Are Looking For:
Recognized as an expert in your area within the organization.Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise.Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices.Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions.Works independently, with guidance only in the most complex situations.Identifies applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems.Serves as an expert within your function.Nurture and close new business opportunities in identified territories.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling with existing accounts to maximize revenue.Work on customer renewals and contract extensions, maintaining strong relationships between stakeholders and clients’ organizations.Find and recruit new customers and partners to grow business.Identify sales scenarios and opportunities to develop business to meet and exceed targets.Familiarity with CloudHealth and/or their competitors.Good communication and negotiation skills (hunting and farming) and the capacity to upsell & cross-sell.Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach.Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent related experience.What’s In It For You:

Fully Remote - Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.
Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$126,300.00 - $220,000.00Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
