What You'll Bring:


1.    Sourcing Alternative Data: Identify and source alternative data sources to meet the evolving needs of clients, leveraging innovative approaches to enhance data offerings.

2.    Partner Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with TransUnion's standards and objectives.

3.    Partner Data Evaluation: Evaluate partner data sources for quality, accuracy, and relevance to ensure they meet the requirements of TransUnion and its clients.

4.    Internal Business Case Development: Develop comprehensive business cases to support the expansion of data offerings, highlighting the potential benefits and ROI to internal stakeholders.

5.    Designated Process Approvals: Obtain necessary approvals for designated processes related to data expansion initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

6.    Execution of Partner Contracts: Collaborate with legal and business teams to negotiate and execute partner contracts, ensuring terms are favorable and align with TransUnion's objectives.

7.    Commercial Management: Manage the commercial aspects of partnerships, including pricing negotiations, revenue sharing agreements, and ongoing performance monitoring.

8.    Working with Product teams to understand how data is being (and can be) used, identifying ways to
enhance products with new data, and running pilots / PoCs.


9.    Lead major cross functional, multi-dimensional initiatives by directing and overseeing the work done by others in initiative administration, issue resolution and escalating them when necessary, and ensuring that communication exceeds stakeholder needs using expert skills in meeting leading, presentations and problem solving.

10.    Interface with high level management on all initiative related issues, documentation, changes, reporting and impacts ensuring that comprehensive information is provided to all stakeholders in a timely manner.  Work with other organizations to prioritize the initiative.

11.    Ensure that post implementation support is provided for complex initiatives and/or products that have been developed or enhanced to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently and that customers ' needs are addressed in a timely manner and SLA’s are complied.

12.    Interface with customers/ partners, sales and cross functional teams on complex requests, developing and understanding the customers' business, defining business problems, and devising solutions to system and product related problems and issues, using expert knowledge of products and /or systems to develop detailed specifications to resolve those business issues and problems.

13.    Performs other related duties as assigned.

Impact You'll Make:

•    Project Management experience

•    Proven experience in business development and/or product management and/or external partnerships in the banking and financial services industry

•    Strong background in data / analytics / risk space preferred

•    Strong communication skills, written and verbal

•    Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

•    Must be able to commit to a deadline

•    Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple initiatives at the same time

•    Must be able to travel and mobile

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
