Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Officer in Midland, Texas. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team in the banking sector and will be primarily tasked with customer service, business development, and account management tasks. Responsibilities: • Develop new business strategies and identify opportunities for growth • Regularly engage with potential clients through cold calling and other outreach methods • Use CRM and ERP tools to manage customer information and track business development activities • Analyze market trends and business opportunities to drive growth • Use iDeals and 3M software in the management and tracking of customer accounts • Oversee banking operations to ensure smooth running of business activities • Participate in budget processes and capital management • Leverage experience in the hospitality industry to improve customer service delivery • Use ADP - Financial Services to manage customer credit applications and maintain accurate records • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Requirements • The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. • Proficiency in using 3M is required. • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a must. • Must be adept at using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential. • Familiarity with iDeals is expected. • Should have experience in Banking Operations. • Knowledge of Budget Processes is necessary. • Must possess strong skills in Business Development. • An understanding of Capital Management is needed. • Experience in Cold Calling is a plus.
