Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development and Client Acquisition:
• Identify and pursue potential clients and business opportunities in property and asset management.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with property owners, investors, corporate clients, and industry partners.
• Assist in the preparation of business development presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Support the Director in managing client negotiations and securing new contracts.
2. Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to gather information on industry trends, competitors, and potential client needs.
• Analyze data to support strategic planning and proposal development.
• Maintain updated knowledge of the real estate market, property management services, and client requirements.
3. Proposal and Presentation Support:
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operational, financial) in preparing tailored proposals and presentations.
• Ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals that meet client expectations and requirements.
• Assist in developing sales and marketing materials to promote the company’s service offerings.
4. Networking and Relationship Building:
• Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to establish and strengthen networks.
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings and business development activities.
5. Reporting and Performance Tracking:
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and business development activities.
• Provide regular updates and reports on business development progress and achievements.
• Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development, property management, sales, or leasing within the real estate sector.
• Experience in property and asset management services is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to develop client relationships and maintain a strong professional network.
• Results-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented.
