Responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of initiatives to support operations and business development within Enterprise Business Development function. This includes the planning, organizing, leading, and management of all aspects of initiatives to support business growth working across the enterprise. Duties may include manage day to day operations of all Enterprise BD initiatives, reduce bottlenecks and create workflow efficiencies through automation and optimization across the organization in close coordination with the Business Development Manager/Executive (BDM/BDE), develop and communicate detailed plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, budgets, and status reports to ensure overall project success, support requests for information (RFI), requests for proposal (RFPs), proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms conditions of contract, support the management of the pipeline and accuracy of reports across stages, from lead generation to close, in partnership with business development, etc.

The Business Development Operations Analyst is responsible for providing transactional, administrative, and repeatable services to the organization in an efficient and timely manner. This position will work in a collaborative environment to support growth initiatives for task order awards under IDIQ contracts. Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and enter leads into the CRM system. This position is located at our business complex in Reston, Virginia.
Responsibilities:
• Reviews and analyzes new task order opportunities for entry into the corporate CRM system.
• Distributes new leads and opportunities to appropriate internal stakeholders. Maintains distribution lists and portal accounts.
• Ensures contract compliance and submits monthly and quarterly contract reports for assigned contracts.

Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of a degree
• Proficient with Microsoft tools
• Operate with a sense of urgency
