Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Business Development Operations Coordinator (Saudi National) with a minimum of 5 years of experience to assist in managing our CRM, coordinating client communications, facilitating bid processes, and providing administrative support to ensure we deliver excellence in every project
What You'll Be Doing:
CRM Management:
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate and current client information.
Monitor and report CRM insights to inform strategies and improve client engagement.
Ensure compliance with data entry protocols and maintain system integrity.
Client Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and follow-ups.
Schedule and organize client meetings, preparing agendas and materials.
Draft and distribute communication related to business development initiatives.
Bid Coordination:
Collaborate with the bid team to ensure timely and accurate proposal submissions.
Manage bid documentation and compliance with client requirements.
Track bid progress and update stakeholders on deadlines and status.
Collaboration with Regional Business Data Analyst:
Work closely with the Regional Business Data Analyst to gather, interpret, and visualize data to support strategic business decisions.
Align data analysis efforts to optimize CRM management and business development activities.
Ensure seamless communication and coordination for data-driven initiatives.
Data Analysis and Reporting (Power BI):
Use Power BI to analyze and visualize business development data.
Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and identify trends.
Provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Administrative Support:
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation to support the business development team.
Coordinate team meetings, including scheduling, materials preparation, and note-taking.
Manage departmental calendars to ensure deadlines and milestones are met
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales coordination, or administrative support.
Expertise in Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven results.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including data analysts.
Client-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
