Job Title: Business Development Partner
Location: Milton Keynes with hybrid working
Contract: Full-time, permanent.
This is more than just a sales role as you'll form a consultative and collaborative partnership with prospective clients. Utilising your exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, you’ll build strong relationships with clients, taking the time to understand their business and offering the best solutions to support their business needs.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has high energy and drive with previous experience in both lead generation and cold calling prospective businesses. You'll be inquisitive with strong influencing skills, someone who is able to successfully encourage customers to expand their product range by cross selling additional products or services to help both organisations grow.
Responsibilities include:
Working towards both individual lead and sales targets.
Utilising all resource available including internal databases and social media tools to prospect potential clients.
Regularly update internal CRM system based on activity.
Collaborate effectively with wider sales and marketing teams.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
Previous telephony experience in a sales environment.
Previous experience in cold calling and lead generation.
Resilience with the ability to objection handle.
The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
Experience in working towards targets and KPIs.
