We are seeking a vibrant and passionate individual to join American Express as a Business Development and Partnership Management. In this pivotal role, you will lead business development and partnership strategies to grow our cardmember base and drive sustainable business growth. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end partner relationships, from identifying and establishing strategic partnerships to developing marketing campaigns that add value to our cardmembers. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Identify and Establish Partnerships:** Build relationships with relevant brands that resonate with American Express cardmembers' lifestyles, crafting immersive and exciting campaigns. + **New Business Opportunities:** Establish and execute new business opportunities with other premium brands. + **Enhance Cardmember Engagement:** Develop and execute strategies to enhance cardmember engagement, brand visibility, and portfolio growth. + **Product Team Support:** Collaborate closely with the product team to construct core value propositions with partnership-added values. + **Acquisition Team Support:** Work closely with the acquisition team to grow the cardmember base through external partnership opportunities. + **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure partnership initiatives align with American Express’s broader business objectives. Lead external agency teams, including activation and event organizers. + **Compelling Presentations:** Create compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to attract new strategic partners and campaign ideas. + **Foster Brand Love:** Lead activities and partnership strategies to foster cardmember love and brand consideration. + **Industry Monitoring:** Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to keep American Express at the forefront. Analyze and report on partnership and campaign results, refining strategies using data-driven insights. + **Support Leadership:** Support the Head of Partnership and Business Operations. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Proven experience in business development, partnership management, and campaign marketing. + Strong communicator with excellent presentation and communication skills. + Established network with premium brands is an advantage. + Ability to analyze data and use insights for strategic decision-making. + Innovative and creative mindset with a track record of executing successful marketing campaigns. + Strong leadership skills to manage external agency teams effectively. + Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging opportunities. **Qualifications** Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations. **Job:** Marketing **Primary Location:** Thailand-Bangkok-Bangkok **Schedule** Full-time **Req ID:** 24014971
