Job Responsibilities :

The Business Development & Partnership Manager builds partnerships and business relationships with other content providers in order to acquire content for multimedia titles or online products by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; and discovering and exploring opportunities.

Develops and manages relationships with various prospects, clients, and partners endemic and non-endemic to video gaming and related industries.

Screens potential business deals by analyzing strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.

Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.

Work with internal teams to execute partnership activities

Manage internal and external handling of co-branded/licensed products and services

Work with engineering teams and partners to integrate Razer Software, Hardware, Technologies, and Services.

Be the representative voice of the partner within Razer and visa-versa, to enable the best-of-class partnerships/opportunities.

Define and lead special projects, programs, and initiatives for the team and the company

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

4 to 6+ years in Business Development

Strong knowledge of gaming technology in the consumer market

Track record of successfully negotiating and closing co-marketing and technology-focused deals

Experience in new product development, product strategy, and participation in innovation projects

Strong desire to learn new technologies and drive for continuous improvement

Must have excellent presentation skills and be able to communicate effectively across language barriers

Ability to work independently and as a team member under deadline pressures; set priorities; respond to changing demands from multiple sources

Education/Experience:

Bachelors degree or MBA from a competitive college or university.

Travel requirements:

Travel required up to 30%.

Salary Ranges (per annum):

$106,930.00 - $178,217.00
