Your Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and evaluate new business opportunities that align with the divisional vision and targets, ensuring strategic growth and market relevance. Promote a culture of innovation and opportunity generation within the organization while building and leveraging strong external networks. Create and implement new business models and go-to-market strategies in the Mobility Ecosystem by harmonizing technology advancements with evolving customer requirements. Oversee consultancy projects aimed at developing robust go-to-market strategies, providing expert guidance and insights. Drive the strategic innovation process from opportunity identification to decision-making, considering relevant financial factors to ensure viable and profitable ventures. Assist in the implementation and ramp-up of new business models, ensuring smooth transitions and operational readiness. Actively contribute to the development of the VLS strategy, aligning innovation initiatives with the broader organizational goals. Lead special projects for management and prepare strategic decisions to support business innovation and growth. Your Qualifications Successfully completed studies in engineering, industrial engineering, business management or comparable qualification. Proven experience in new business development, innovation management, or a related field, with a track record of successful project delivery. Strong understanding of innovation processes, methodologies, and tools (e.g., design thinking, agile development). Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and validate innovative business models. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Experience with financial analysis and decision-making processes related to business development. Passionate about innovation and staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the Mobility Ecosystem. Business fluent English skills, German would be an advantage. Valid working permit for Czech Republic
