Business Development Representative, Local Government Solutions - Azility

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving Azility’s growth strategy, focusing on expanding our customer base, enhancing customer satisfaction, and exploring new market opportunities.

The selected candidate will be based in Australia, working remotely from home. Ideally, the candidate will also be in the New South Wales, Australia (UTC+10) time zone.

What your day will look like:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and key results. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the LGA sector and other verticals. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Lead and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including participating in tenders and partnerships. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns. Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and report on sales activities and results. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify and leverage growth opportunities. Support the customer service improvement program to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
