Visual Lease is seeking an energetic and creative Business Development Representative to join our rapidly sales growing team to help us manage the growing demand for our solutions and to drive new customer engagement! The ideal candidate for this role will have exceptional communication skills and have a passion for interacting with potential clients and moving leads through the sales pipeline!

This will be an on-site position based in New Jersey.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Represent Visual Lease by being the first point of contact for new prospectsEvaluate prospect quality and potential for future sales. Determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward, ensure timely follow up from the senior sales executivesMaintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methodsSupport sales teams on outbound strategies and lead generating effortsIdentify challenges when speaking with prospects and provide practical solutionsPromote positive insights to prospects as a product knowledge specialist and advise on the advantages of our productEstablish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openingsSchedule calls and demos for the sales teamConduct market research to identify new leads

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not-for-profit University or College required.At least 6-12 months prior work experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills, must be comfortable speaking with financial professionals and executivesDemonstrated ability to work independently and maintain productivity, making outbound calls every dayAbility to publicly represent Visual Lease and CoStar Group with internal and external customers, partners & alliances, and at events and seminars.A track record of commitment to prior employers

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience selling SaaS products or in the software industryStrong work ethic and eager to learn and make new connections with prospectsPassion to work as a team playerHighly organized and excellent follow-throughExperience with Salesforce

This position offers a base salary range of $70,000-$75,000, based on relevant skills and experience and a generous uncapped commission and benefits plan.
