Business Development Representative
Business Development Representative Remote Full Time Entry Level Share (https://cennox.applytojob.com/app/share/2yGuTDb8cj) A Business Development Representative supports the sales team by engaging prospects and customers to drive sales. The role balances internal coordination with outbound sales tasks, including prospecting, appointment scheduling for Regional Account Executives, customer relationship management, and selling small equipment and consumables.   Duties and Responsibilities: + Initiate outbound calls and draft emails to both prospective and existing clients. + Assess and respond to inbound leads, effectively converting them into sales opportunities. + Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects and current customers, ensuring consistent follow-up to foster ongoing relationships. + Analyze customer data to enhance sales strategies and identify new business opportunities. + Assess client needs and provide tailored product or service recommendations. + Consistently achieve or surpass established monthly and quarterly sales goals. + Coordinate with service and operations teams to address escalated issues and ensure timely communication with clients. + Collaborate with external sales representatives to synchronize strategies and exchange market insights. + Track and resolve customer service concerns, ensuring solutions meet or exceed client expectations. + Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives. Skills and Requirements: + Demonstrated excellence in customer service. + Strong attention to detail. + Proven experience in sales or customer relations. + Effective organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities to meet deadlines. + Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude. + Superior written and verbal communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience and Education: + Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience preferred. + High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
