We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales executives. Your efforts will directly impact our growth and market presence.

What You’ll Do:

Make approximately 200 outbound calls daily to prospective staffing agency clients Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads Engage prospects via phone and email outreach Qualify leads based on specific criteria and update CRM systems Schedule meetings for the sales team Collaborate with marketing to improve outreach strategies Track and report on activity metrics and progress toward targets

Competitive salary and commission: $50k to $60k/year + commission. Paid time off and companywide “Early Out Fridays” (we close at 2pm every Friday, but you get paid for the full day).
