Business Development Representative, Marketing - BDR/SDR

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Business Development Representative, you will:

Hit or exceed your monthly and annual targets and maintain consistently strong performance at 100% of your YTD goals.

Hit or exceed your daily contact targets and activity metrics.

Call marketing leads, data base generated lists provided by Marketing, and referrals to nurture and create pipeline sales opportunities for our suite of solutions across all segments.

Secure sales appointments through calling, emailing, social media and other lead generation activities.

Qualify and follow up inbound and outbound leads coming from different sources.

Undertake activities in support of Marketing campaigns and events to support the organizations' strategic objectives.

Manage the lead pipeline and workload through the effective use of CRMs, telephony, and other supporting technology.

Provide insight and business intelligence to improve effectiveness and performance across all lead channel activities and campaigns.

Develop and build sustainable relationships with internal sales stakeholders.

About You

You’re a fit for this Business Development Representative role if your background includes:

A bachelor’s degree.

Highly proficient in spoken and written English

Engaging, energetic and coachable communicator with a keen interest in sales and/or marketing

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Agile learners – ability to learn something new

Commitment to a schedule that coincides with the customer’s workday

Strong customer service and organization skills

Excellent interpersonal skills – the ability to communicate, persuade and influence diverse stakeholder groups

A team player able to work collaboratively and in a complex matrix environment

Results focused and self-motivating

Amenable to work onsite for the first 3 months and on the days the business will require you to do so
