The Position

\n

We’re looking to add Business Development Representative to join Teletrac Navman! This role will be the first point of contact for our sales prospects, develop a deep understand of customer needs and create qualified prospects for the sales teams.

\n

In this role, you’ll get to:

\n\nCustomer-Centric Focus: Ability to see things through the customer’s eyes, deliver upon their needs and serve as their advocate internally \nPositive Attitude: Possess the drive to exceed expectations, think creatively and use problem solving skills to encourage customer to explore our products \nContinuous Learning: Ability and willingness to take the initiative and dedicate necessary time and energy to learning new information and identify new techniques that will help the lead generation activities be more successful\nBusiness Communicator: Possess the business acumen to position the Teletrac Navman solution as a strategic advantage for our customers. Must be able to clearly articulate business decision drivers, costs and benefits.\nCreate a great first impression to our prospects by providing them with a world class experience \nNurture warm prospects that are not yet ready to purchase by maintaining the relationship through email and phone conversations and assessing the prospect’s pain points and drivers for the purchase decision \nApproach companies that could benefit from Teletrac Navman solutions using outbound calling techniques\nSet sales discovery meetings for our team of telematics experts\nUtilise sales and marketing software platforms like Salesforce, 6Snense, and SalesLoft to maximise effectiveness \nPartner with experienced Account Executives to increase their sales pipeline \nContinually increase your product knowledge by working closely with our Training Specialist and Product Development teams \nDevelop and execute prospect specific engagement plans so Teletrac Navman is front of mind through the prospect’s buying cycle \nEngage with prospects as part of follow up on marketing campaigns\nMaintain an appropriate level of daily, weekly, and monthly activity to develop business demand to help achieve aggressive monthly goals and targets \nOther duties/projects as required\n

We are looking for people who:

\n\n\n\t2+ years of B2B experience in inside sales, telemarketing or customer centric role \n\tHungry! Demonstrate a strong desire and ability to hit targets and exceed expectations \n\tMust have good cold calling skills and techniques\n\tDemonstrate strong communication skills over-the-phone and when using video conferencing tools. \n\tAbility to really listen to a prospect and their day-to-day challenges; identify the key needs of a prospect and translate those needs into possible solution-sets; and build rapport with prospects and customers over the phone and via email \n\tDevelop expert level competency of the Teletrac Navman solutions \n\tExperience working with Salesforce.com, SalesLoft a plus \n\tMust high energy, self-motivated individual that can thrive in a fun, face paced environment\n\n\n
