As a Business Development Representative at Dialpad, you'll spearhead our efforts to introduce and highlight the transformative impact of our products and services to potential clients. Your role is essential in building and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward realizing how our solutions can revolutionize their operations.

Working in tandem with teams across sales, marketing, product development, and management, you'll ensure our outreach is strategically aligned with our growth objectives. Your contributions will not only enhance our company's visibility but also play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and utilization of our innovative offerings.

Dialpad’s Business Development Representative will own lead generation and client engagement to boost sales and client base. In this role, you’ll combine market research, communication skills, and product expertise to identify and attract potential customers, fostering relationships that lead to successful partnerships.

Dialpad’s Sales team plays an essential role in increasing revenue, expanding market presence, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This team collaborates closely with the Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service teams to constantly improve the effectiveness of sales strategies and customer engagement processes.

Your role

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll spearhead outreach to potential clients, working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to drive lead generation and engagement. You’ll craft personalized pitches and utilize insights to meet client needs effectively.

This position reports to the Sales Leader in the Philippines, allowing for remote work with occasional team-building activities in various locations.

What you’ll do

Own the initial contact and lead qualification process, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential clients. Make tailored outreach strategies that effectively communicate our value proposition to different segments. Partner with the Marketing and Sales teams to align on messaging and campaign strategies. Research industry trends and potential client needs to inform and enhance outreach efforts. Pass off qualified leads to our sales team across all segments, including Inbound Call Centers and Chats, for further engagement and conversion

Skills you’ll bring 

Minimum of 1 year of business development or related experience Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement Expertise in effective communication, both written and verbal, to articulate value proposition.
