Business Development Representative

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our growing Winnipeg, Manitoba team! As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calls and booking client meetings for your director. This will be a 6-month contract with the potential for an extension or to go permanent.
Benefits & Perks:Compensation: Upto $22/hour + $10 bonus per meeting Booked.6-month Contract with potential to go permanent.Please note, that this role will be remote but candidate must live in Winnipeg, MB.
Responsibilities:Will be provided with Warm Leads and be able to Cold Calling too.Reach out to potential clients via phone, introducing them to our products/services and identifying their needs.Responsible for identifying, creating, and cultivating new business opportunities.Booking meetings with clients for your Internal Directors.Implementing initiatives to target new markets.Must be able to follow a cadence.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing is an asset.Must have over a year of experience in a cold calling role, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate our value proposition persuasively.Demonstrated resilience and persistence in a high-volume outbound calling environment.A track record of meeting and exceeding targets and goals.Ability to work independently and manage time efficientlyComfortable adapting to evolving strategies and approaches based on feedback and results.Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
