Over 17,000 organizations worldwide rely on SHI’s concierge approach to help them solve what’s next. **But the heartbeat of SHI is our employees – all 6,000 of them.** If you join our team, you’ll enjoy: + Our commitment to diversity, as the largest minority- and woman-owned enterprise in the U.S. + Continuous professional growth and leadership opportunities. + Health, wellness, and financial benefits to offer peace of mind to you and your family. + World-class facilities and the technology you need to thrive – in our offices or yours. **Responsibilities** _Include, but not limited to:_ + Drive account growth for SHI by profiling, qualifying, and prospecting into new accounts + Contacting qualified prospects through email touches and phone conversations + Prospecting within existing customers to expand relationship within + Participation in Sales initiatives and campaigns as extension to Sales Team + Cold calling and uncovering opportunities and meetings + Coordinate sales efforts and activities with Sales Teams within dedicated territory + Provide consultation to customers regarding their IT solutions needs + Drive account growth for SHI by profiling, qualifying, and prospecting into new accounts + Learn and leverage resources to advance a sales cycle + Lead follow up from partner events and trade shows + Actively staying on top of company, competition, and technology knowledge + Consistently achieve or exceed activity and sales goals + Gain industry knowledge through product and technology trainings **Qualifications** + Completed Bachelor’s Degree (College/University)or relevant experience + A passion to hunt for new business (Cold Call) + Experience managing customers and projects in a Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool + 1 year sales experience **Required Skills** + Ability to deliver world class support + Self-motivated with problem solving mentality and hunter focus + Commitment and passion foracareerin Sales + Demonstrated the ability to work individuality and in a team environment + Ability to accept feedback and incorporate new strategies and ideas + Effectively communicate complex subject matter – both verbally and written + Continue mastering the basic concepts of Professionalism, Sales and Technology while building your personal brand + Cold Calling Skills + Proficiency in business productivity tools (Microsoft) - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint **Preferred Qualifications/Skills** + Previous sales or business development experience + Knowledge and understanding of SHI’s value propositions + Proficient in SHI sales tools, (CRM, BI, Outlook,Powerpoint, Word and Excel) + Understanding of SHI Solution offerings **Unique Requirements** + Travel is required to all sales events (Kickoff, spring and fall huddles and Global Sales Conference) **Additional Information** + The estimated annual pay range for this position is $40,000 - $100,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
