We are seeking a Business Development Representative to bridge our Marketing and Business Development Sales teams, driving brand awareness, generating quality leads, and contributing to our long-term business growth. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, initiating and nurturing relationships with potential customers as a representative of Foundever in the US market.
Success in this position requires experience in generating leads from marketing campaigns and targeted cold outreach. Strong call center expertise, including outbound/inbound call handling, back-office experience, and a track record of customer service excellence, is essential. Your communication skills will be key to building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers, guiding them from first contact through to meeting scheduling.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Basic understanding of the BPO industry Proactively seek new business opportunities through personalized phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach Collaborate across departments, ensuring strategic communication and alignment with other teams (Marketing, Business Development Executives, Account Management) Contribute to sales pipeline by scheduling meetings or calls between prospective clients and Foundever Business Development Executives Present Foundever’s value proposition to potential clients by utilizing email templates provided by marketing Identify client needs and recommend suitable marketing assets and marketing materials that match those needs Diligently follow up on Marketing Campaigns, prioritizing effective and timely outreach Report to the Business Development Manager on task completion and meeting activity results on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis Stay update to date on new products, services and industry trends Utilize various CRMs and marketing tools to manage, track, and identify lead opportunities
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree / Business acumen / Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, finance, or similar is a plus
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Proven work experience in a sales program, inside sales or Business Development roles Hands-on experience managing touchpoints through phone calls/emails including Customer Service/Sales roles Track record of meeting and exceeding internal goals and KPIs Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) Excellent written, and verbal communication and negotiation skills
